If you're a 1–25-person service business, you've probably been here before: the freelancer disappeared, the agency quote was $15K, or the DIY builder is still 60% finished from three years ago. Web Design SaaS is for owner-operators in service businesses who want a real site without becoming the webmaster.
Not the right fit if: you need e-commerce with more than 50 SKUs, multi-tenant or enterprise SSO, white-label / reseller variants, or a native mobile app. Those go through our Modernization Projects or Custom shape instead.
FAQ
Common questions.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, weekly accessibility and performance scans, and a monthly allotment of edits. The fee runs for the life of your subscription — there's no separate hosting bill, no per-edit invoice.
What's the commitment?
12-month minimum, then month-to-month. Early cancellation includes an exit fee equal to 50% of the remaining monthly subscription, waivable for genuine hardship.
Can I edit the site myself?
No. That's the point — you don't have to. You email edits@alhambra.ai or use the request form and we ship the change. Most in-scope edits ship within two business days.
Why three different platforms?
Each tier is matched to the right tool: Framer is fastest for Starter, Webflow's editor fits Business clients who occasionally need to see structure, and Next.js on Vercel gives Pro clients real custom code.
Do you write the content?
Drafts come from us — briefs, copy, design directions — reviewed by a human before delivery. We're transparent that drafts are AI-assisted. You always have the final pen.
Where do you take clients?
California-wide, with a San Gabriel Valley focus. Out-of-state clients are referred to our Custom shape or to other operators until our process is fully stable.
What happens if I leave?
You get an export of your site files, content, and design assets, plus a migration checklist. Cancellation post-minimum takes 30 days' notice. No guilt, no friction.
